MTN Digital Infrastructure, the parent company of Bayobab, has announced the appointment of Nour Alkhatib as General Manager: Customer Success, effective 1 September 2026.

Nour brings extensive experience across the telecommunications value chain, including marketing, communications, category management, customer experience, and commercial strategy, with exposure spanning Africa and the Middle East. She has held senior leadership roles across MTN Group, MENA and SEA market operations consistently delivering strong commercial, brand, and customer outcomes.

Since joining MTN, Nour has played an important role in supporting and shaping the brand and commercial strategy. As Principal: Marketing & Media Category at MTN Group GSSC in Dubai, she has led media and marketing sourcing across more than 20 markets, while advising on high-impact investments, supplier performance, governance, and cost efficiency.

She previously led the rollout of MTN’s corporate identity across multiple markets, strengthening the Group’s brand position and contributing to key Group initiatives including CHASE and the Pro-Customer programme. She is a graduate of the MTN Rising Leader Programme, and her team won the 2025 Best Innovative Project Award.

Nour holds a Mini MBA from Informa Telecoms & Media and a Bachelor’s degree in Media from Damascus University.
