Priscilla Adjei Dorsese is an accomplished Audit, Risk, and Compliance professional with over 18 years of experience across MTN Group and Deloitte. Effective 1 December 2025, she was appointed General Manager – Risk and Compliance, reporting directly to the CEO.

Priscilla currently leads enterprise-wide risk governance, where she has been instrumental in designing and embedding comprehensive risk and compliance frameworks across multiple countries. Her leadership has strengthened governance, enhanced risk culture, and improved regulatory adherence across operations.

Before her current role, Priscilla held several leadership positions within MTN Ghana, successfully managing maturity assessments, business impact analyses, and executive-level reporting. Her early career in internal audit – both within MTN and Deloitte – gave her deep expertise in internal controls, compliance testing, and enterprise-wide risk assessments.

Priscilla holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Leicester and a BSc in Accounting, complemented by industry certifications, and MTN’s prestigious FLIGHT leadership programme.

She is recognised for her strong analytical capability, leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
