Dubai, UAE – 10 December 2025 – MTN Digital Infrastructure, commercially trading as Bayobab, has announced the appointment and promotion of Priscilla Adjei Dorsese as General Manager – Risk and Compliance, effective 1 December 2025. Priscilla will continue to report directly to Mazen Mroué, CEO of MTN Digital Infrastructure.
Priscilla is a seasoned Audit, Risk, and Compliance professional with over 18 years of experience across MTN Group and Deloitte. She currently leads enterprise-wide risk governance, where she has been instrumental in designing, operationalising, and embedding comprehensive risk and compliance frameworks across multiple countries. Her leadership has strengthened governance, enhanced risk culture, and improved regulatory adherence across business operations.
Before her current role, Priscilla held several leadership positions within MTN Ghana, successfully managing various functions including maturity assessments, business impact analyses, and executive-level reporting. Her early career in internal audit gave her deep expertise in internal controls, compliance testing, and enterprise-wide risk assessments across diverse industries.
Priscilla holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Leicester and a BSc in Accounting, complemented by numerous certifications including ACCA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, Certified Risk Specialist, CQRM, and MTN’s prestigious FLIGHT leadership programme.
She is recognised for her strong analytical capability, leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement. “Priscilla’s appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening governance and risk management as we scale our operations,” said Mazen Mroué. “Her expertise and leadership will be critical in ensuring resilience and compliance across our footprint.”
